#Gradient Designer FX 1.0
3 messages in this thread
Andrew,
I saw your message on Gradient Designer FX 1.0. This is one of the
coolest IPAS routines for 3DS in a while. With a set of time based
controls and a cool UI it's going to blow people away once they see.
You can create Static or Animated gradients for 3DS. You can also
create cool transitions between static images or animations and use
it as an image viewer. I could write to you all day about it but I
think you have the idea. For a no save demo of Gradient Designer
contact HSC at 1-800-472-9205 or E-mail me you address and I'll make
sure you get a copy.
By the way keep your eye on HSC will have more cool IPAS routines.

PMJI, but since Gary seems to think so highly of having gradients in
3DS I'm kind of curious about your product. I don't really want a
demo version, but I would like someone to explain to me (in real
simple terms) just why I'd want such a thing. Someone posted a quote
here to the effect of "it's something you can't think of what you'd
do with it, but then find you can't live without it." I can certainly
understand the former, but until (and unless) I understand the latter
I certainly can't spend the money.
And PLEASE tell me that your product doesn't require a dongle — or
that I can at least network render with it (I only have two machines
connected to each other — so it doesn't pay for me to spend more for
a network version).

I am testing the Gradient Designer and think it is a lot of fun to
use, well thought out and should add to your bag of tricks for SFX.
HSC has told me that they are in it for the long run. You should
see upgrades to the code and improvements over the years.
Their are two images I did on IMAGE #5 look for "KPT IPAZ animated
effects" and "Robot with Kai's Gradient Designer". After rendering
the images in 3DS I loaded them in the Designer where you can play
with the preview images and overlay color efx, animate and combine
saved GRD files. also you can use the GRD files as materials for 3d
meshes.
