Time Scaling

Is there a way to scale the timing on a single object or set of objects in the Keyframer? I've used the time scale command for the whole file or part of the whole file, but haven't been able to use it on individual objects, unless I take the objects to be scaled, save them off in a temporary file, scale them there, then merge them back in to the original file. Thanks. (I'm sure there's a tutorial that does this, right? ;->)

What if you removed everything but the object in question, scaled the time, saved under a _different filename_, load the original file, delete the object in question, then merge your time-scaled object from the second file? Was that too condensed? — James — Choreo Motion —

Yeah, that's what I've been doing. I'll save the object(s) in a separate file, modify them the way I want, then merge them back into the original file. This works, it's just a little roundabout.

Yep. In fact, time-scaling individual objects would be a handy feature for the Track Info box. Maybe we should make it a wishlist item . . . — James E. Coulter — Choreo Motion —
