I have a few questions regarding 3D-Studio r3: 1. Is there a way to link an object to another object later on in the animation? 2. Ist there a way to hide an object and make it reapear during an animation? 3. I am 17 years old and have been working with 3DS for about two years. I have done presentations for my father's bussines, as well as my mother's. I'm looking to intern for a company that can help broaden my knowledge of 3DS and to learn to work as a team. I'm in the Princeton, NJ area. Any information on any company that would be willing to let me intern with them would be greatly apprecitated. Thanks again… Andrew Cubides

Hi Andrew, << 1. Is there a way to link an object to another object later on in the animation? >> Sorry but no. There are tricks to create this illusion involving a linked version and an unlinked version of an object then using hide keys. See tutorial 17-6 Picking up and dropping objects.. << 2. Ist there a way to hide an object and make it reapear during an animation? >> Sure, hide keys are defined in the Trackinfo Dialog Box. See 8-25 in the 3ds ref man. jonas[adesk]
