Dear Hash Inc et al, I have a P90 with a DPS Par card installed. From the render module, I am trying to render directly to the PAR hard drive. After it renders one frame it trys to save it and it comes back saying "Unable to save file" Do I have to render to a Dos drive first? Everything works fine when I render to a Dos drive and this brings me to my next question: I have the output of my PAR hooked up to an NTSC monitor. THe out put looks pretty bad. Is there any recommended way of setting the PAR up fro AM that I am not aware of. ANy suggestions will be greatly appreciated. THanks, ALEX IMBASTARI 800 576 7472

Alex, A:M unfortunately does not support rendering directly to a PAR drive, you must first render to a DOS drive, then move the files… Version 3 will support direct to PAR drive rendering. As for your output problem, I'm afraid I don't have any suggestions, that's how we have ours set up and the output looks as good as cable broadcast… perhaps someone else will see this and have something to offer. Steve, Hash Inc.
