Dear SYSOP: I have downloaded LISTDO.ARC and used both PKXARC and ARC (-x) against the file. I get one file called FOO. When I look at the file FOO using MicroEmacs I get a lot of ^H? characters. Do I have the right archiaving program? Is the file currupted? You will find this file in library 11. It is from the December C issue. Mike Brown 73517,1072

I just downloaded and decompressed the file, and don't see anything wrong. Foo is a man page for the List functions. Tom G.

man pages often use backspace (^H) for features such as bold and underline.
