I am also looking for a video capture card driver which will work on NT. Have you had any luck in finding anything?

PMJI, >> I am also looking for a video capture card driver which will work on NT << On the NT cdrom there are drivers for the VideoSpigot and the TruevisionBravado (haven't tried them). Also, Hauppauge got an NT beta driver for their TV / Video capture Celebrity board – unfortunately the driver does not support video capture yet. They say that they will go 32bit with their apps for the board 'later this year'. – M. Niquet

There is a product called the Personal Animation Recorder from DPS. It works on PCs under Windows. I'm not totally sure which slot it requires (PCI, VLB, etc.), but perhaps you could get it to run under NT as well. BTW, we use the PAR (Amiga Version) here at work and find them to be excellent digital video "decks". They capture and output betacam SP quality using highspeed hardrives. Compression is a variant on Motion JPEG, and loss is extrememly minimal. It's also fairly cheap ($2000), but requires their TBC IV product for capturing video. We use it to save 24-bit animation frames for layoff to video. Hope this helps. S.G. Bailey Image Dynamics, Inc.

Actually, I ran into a guy from the company that makes the Personal Animation Recorder. It sounded like NT drivers were planned. I ran into him at a NT technical conference. – Jan
