I do not know if it has cost us dollars. I doubt that Draw Plus is much use if you don't have the manual. I'm against protection of productivity software of anykind. I like the keyword system for games, and I do agree that games may need some form of protection. But a person depending on a software product for their livelyhood cannot, shouldnot be subject to the whims of a single copy. We have had alot of customer loyalty because of our stand. My original premise for our stand was that a multitasking computer has diminished value if software prevented multitasking, this is still true today.

How far is it possible to go with keyword protection, in a mass market situation? The ultimate keyword protection would be an individual keyword for each copy of the program. But, the frustration that pirates would face, would cause them to remove the keyword check. Gary
