Has anyone heard anything about the three dimenisonal program from Octree Software called Caligari. I've heard it is excelent but haven't seen it. I have wriiten to them several times and even called them and no answer ye. Any help with info would be appreciated.

Don't know about Caligari ….. but Aegis is going to release a 3D animation system created by Alan Hastings titled Videoscape 3D. It will cost less than $300 and will feature solid 3D graphics with multiple objects and smooth camera motions. Also may have a compression system that allows real time playback of a few seconds of animation!!!

Mark; I spoke to the folks at Octree a week and a half ago, and they are still on target for a May/June release of both the commercial, and consumer ($300 or less) versions of the Software. Stan Kalisher — Impulse, Inc.
