I have had the same problems with GenLock hooked up. The
glitch happens almost every time the disk is accessed or
any time a disk is inserted or removed. Sometimes the
screen will roll or the entire screen will flash also if
no disk is present in any drive each time the drive clicks
the screen will react. Please let me know if you find any
info on this problem.

Will do! What monitor do you have, also where did you get your cable and how
long is it? I will post a message on AmigaForum if a new shorter cable cures
the problem!
