Bridgeboard

Greetings AI spoke with you sometime last year about some problems with the
bridgeboard. I'm the one that is doing product testing on the bridgeboard
for Julie Bauer. I ran into some problems with the virtual disk software
when it was being used with the file transfer software (Awrite, Aread). I
was told that there was an interrupt conflict. Is there going to be a patch
to fix this problem soon? It would realy be helpfull for moving files from
the virtual drive to the Amiga drive. You might also ask Julie for copies of
the test reports that I have been sending in. If you get ahold of them, let
me know if they are informative enough for you or if there is some specific
information that you would like to get ahold of. Thanks.
Hmmm. Ok. I haven't heard anything from Julie about any testing being done,
so I haven't put anything from any of your reports into the pipeline.
Aread and Awrite use the same interrupt. The guys in Germany are working on
a new version of janus that will let you share the interrupt better (so you
can aread without unlinking, I guess).

Thanks for the reply. If you would like I could send you a copy of the
tests. Or you could check with Julie. I've always had a hard time getting
ahold of her to find out if I was submitting what she needed.
I'll check with Julie; As a marketing high-up she is, of course, free to run
test programs that she feels she needs; Its more effective if she puts me in
the loop, though. I'll ask her next time I see her.
(to give me reports, that is)
