I turned on my A500 tonite and discovered that the keyboard would not accept
any input, although the mouse worked normally. Also, the Caps Lock light
would flash every three seconds. Can anyone tell me what's wrong? A
defective chip perhaps?

A trip to the dealer is in order. That's the keyboard saying, "Help!".
Unlike most low end systems, the Aniga has an inteligent (well, semi-)
keyboard and it will get zapped. Get it to the dealer while the warranty is
in effect! ( And sorry if it's expired.)
