#A&L Tutorial Manual?

You got an upgrade package, not a new package. If they didn't make any
changes to the Tutorials & Techniques manual, you wouldn't have gotten a
new one.
My guess is they didn't make any changes.
But there are a whole bunch of new features! Those should certainly be
included in a Tutorials and Techniques manual IMHO.
Oh well… I'll either call them, or wait to hear if other users with
upgrades were also missing the manual. If I'm supposed to use the old one,
fine, but if there's a new one that was simply missing from the package,
then I want to get it.

Seems there should have been a new T&T, but I didn't get one either; that's
the basis for my guess they haven't developed a new edition yet. Let me
know what you find out, will you?
I just called CSC to ask about the T&T manual. I got shuffled through 3
people and was finally told that no T&T manual is shipped with the upgrade.
I asked if this is because the manual has not changed, and the lady I spoke
with didn't know. I said there were new features in version 2.0 and asked
how users were supposed to learn them. The lady said if I had a specific
question, she'd transfer me to the tech support people.
I asked if there were plans for a new T&T manual in the near future, and
she didn't know.
Oh well…
The feature list on A&L 2 was frozen so late that I bet the T&T manual was
the least of their worries. My guess is that all registered users will get
a T&T manual when one is produced.
