Ross, Jim has not written a book on Amiga machine language – wish he had! He was writing a series of articles about it for TRANSACTOR. I believe he was up to about the sixth lesson or so when the T. folded. But I'm in touch with Jim from time to time. I'll mention your question to him – might jog him into action. Right? ……Betty

Betty, I'm suprised J.B. has not written a machine language book for the Amiga. His book for the C64/128 is very clear. I attended an Amiga Expo here in San Francisco about 4 years ago at which Jim gave a lecture on ML for the C64/128. It was heavily attended and he was well recived. Thanks for your reply. Ross

Ross, I have studied ML with Jim on several occasions – in particular, at five different one-week computer camps. I know how good he is at teaching and writing about it. I've asked about a book, but he has not been convinced that the demand is there. He did have a good start, though, with the ML column in Transactor. Had that been able to continue, I suspect that a book would have come from it eventually. I'll pass your request along, and we'll see. ……Betty

Betty, Add my vote for an assembly language book when you talk to Jim, will you? Thanks, Allen
