Has anybody with 1.4 tried playing with the speech device yet? Have they
improved the output? If so, how/howmuch? I hope for a digitized voice

Even with 1.4? <sigh> that's _really_ too bad. Maybe somebody can come up
with a digitized voice (like they do for directory assistance) that can be
used, with a 'library' of words. –Eet–
