As an alternative, I use AT&T's Easy Reach 700 service with no lines: 1. Call your Easy Reach number and program Easy Reach to forward to the second number. 2. Call your Easy Reach number. Larry Read action !

Augat Communications/MELCO makes a remote access unit. Suggest you check with your nearest Graybar office for details and prices. They aren't inexpensive, though. Used to be called the RA-330.
