You're describing a line extender, which is an offshoot of a call
diverter. We carry one from DACON which can be set to do exactly
what you want to do. If you want security on the line, we have
another unit which is a security code protected callback device that
will call you back at a specific predetermined number, which can only
be changed from a local terminal, and give you PBX dialtone. You can
load in as many as 14 security codes with 14 callback numbers. If
