Thanks for the tip! I never got the rainbow ipas to work the way I wanted either, but using an actual CD scan probably will. /Robert

Hi, I'm trying to make a compact disc in 3DS, but I'm having some trouble with the multicolored reflections CD's make. Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this. I've thought about using a reflection map, but the tricky thing is that the reflections have to move around…

Does anyone know how to convert LightWave objects to .3DS files or .DXF? Since I don't have LightWave (only some obects) I can't use DXF export (if LW has one). I'd appreciate any help I can get. Thanks! /Robert Lund
