Thanks for explaining. I knew that RLL and MFM were common across the PC systems, I, however, did not understand how FFS fit in to the system. Thanks for the explanation. Now I can be a bit more knowledgeable while shopping for my hard drive.

Hey, I'm just learning the game. I'm good at the local boards, but haven't gotten smooth at the national level yet. Eventually it will be easy. BTW, how come my lines can only have some many letters on them, and then compuserve won't accept any more?
