I have just installed NT, + Service pack 2, from the Developer Platform CD's. Two problems: 1) I am given a choice of Win 3.1 NT or DOS when I boot. If I select DOS, I get lots of disk activity, and a black screen. As Visual C++ 1.5 tells…
