Yes it was. I have some other things to tend to first. Namely , SPELL and AutoED V1.1 . Both are shareware as well.

Brian, If you are using R11 of AutoCAD, why would you want to shell into a 16 bit editor? I would suggest you use WCEDIT which DOES NOT shell! It is 32 bit and very fast. It is specifically designed for AutoCAD. If your interested, let me know. Walt

Dave, Sounds like your working with the insert mode off. Turn the insert mode on by hitting the insert key until the cursor is BIG. Only then will the backspace key carry text left with it. This is also the case with the insertion of carriage returns. You are probably…
