Actually this is for Tracy, but I do not have her address on file. The beast has been slayed. Running file doctor on the white.adr did indeed solve the problem. What a lot of trouble to find the simplest solution. Thanks for sticking with me through it! Arthur

K: All of a sudden, i have developed a GPF when Winfax looks at the phone book. the error is okna.dll 0004:0069. This never happened before. It completely freezes my machine. I tried replacing the okna.dll but that does not help. I cannot imagine what has changed since everything worked…
