Perhaps I missed something, but why would you expect _any_ improvement in printing speed from using the Visual Edge on forms and text? I didn't think that even line art went through the Visual Edge–only halftones. Text certainly doesn't.
Let's give LaserMaster a chance to find out what went wrong on that page before jumping to conclusions, shall we? They're generally a serious and responsible outfit.
