Perhaps I missed something, but why would you expect _any_ improvement in
printing speed from using the Visual Edge on forms and text? I didn't
think that even line art went through the Visual Edge–only halftones.
Text certainly doesn't.
Many things go thru visual edge besides halftones. Other types of bitmaps
go much faster. Forms of text that are curves, line art, etc. are much
speedier. Remove the garbage from Win.Ini seems to speed things up
further….
