When I set up jet direct card, do I need to set the Bindery Context to every Organization Unit in NDS that has print queues in them. my users in other OU's cant print to the print queues that I setup the cards in. can anyone explain this to help…

Ive got a J23382B and tryed to upload the firmware and got the following message. NEEDS FLASH SIMM TO UPGRADE What do I do? thanks in advance. dave
