Ive got a J23382B and tryed to upload the firmware and got the following message. NEEDS FLASH SIMM TO UPGRADE What do I do? thanks in advance. dave

Do you have J2382B JetDirect EX for Ethernet? If so, you need to obtain J2547A which is the Ethernet Flash SIMM. Contact your HP authorized reseller to order.
