#Converting PC to MAC

I am looking fo suggestions on the best way or program to convert PC video files to Mac. Specifically, we are doing 3D animations on Pentium and Alpha decks and need to transfer them into mac for use on the Media 100. Any suggestions would be appreciated. REgards, T.J.
