Hi Bob It's not not the tape or the camra. It's the Hi-8 format. Hi-8 always generates a fair amount of noise in bright colors, especially red. I'm not sure if S-VHS is the same way. Plug your camera into your tv and point it at something that's bright red.…
FOUR FRAMES?! I suppose after you've made your first pass, you'd have to back up 3 frames and start the next pass from that point to end up with a single frame. Wouldn't that make single frame recording a lot of fun!(g) CK
