Kelly, I have a question regarding your return policy. After looking at a magazine ad of DevWare's and your DevWare Video brochure, there is no mention of merchandise can only be returned if UNOPENED. It only states "15% restocking fee on all returned commercial products." I am wondering when a…
BJ200 PAPER
Message #141213
Wolf, Thank much for your help (and not telling me look in the manual stupid). (g) On your equation it must be the age-of-user that is the problem as the room temperature is pretty even here in California. I went in and tried your second solution the CanonPref and tonight…
Hi Mark, Like you, I purchased my BJ-200 12/26/93 and didn't get it hooked up and running before the BJ-200e was out. I was told on Canon's 800 number that there definetely was going to be a upgrade for us BJ-200's within the next month or so. Hope they haven't…
BJ200 PAPER
Message #138712
Hi Mark, Sorry that it has taken me so long to reply. I finally tried Final Writer with 360 dpi on a 14 and 18 point font (the page wasn't full though). It was less that one minute to print. I do notice that it takes some longer printing from…
Mark I have been using Xerox 4200 DP 20lb. Paper from Office Depot with very good results. Under $3.xx per 500 sheets. I sure have been pleased with my BJ-200's printing quality. It is the first ink-jet that I've seen that lives up to the ads saying near laser quality.
A3000/T '040!
Message #63476
I too am a new A3000T owner and am interested in a '040'accelerator.. There maybe more buyers than you think. But 1000 would be a lot to sell. Gail
Chris, From the sounds of it, I am SURE I'll wait to get WB2.1. Since I am still waiting to get the new ROM from ICD to clear up problems that happend with the WB2.04 installation. Don't think it would taste quite the same as the bird. The "kids" wouldn't…
Steve, Thank you also. Gail
Michael, Thanks a lot for the information. I'll check it out. Gail
Steve, Thanks for the info. I'll check it out. Do you know if it is on a Fred Fish? I do already have WB2.04. Gail
I don't have any power supply problems. A friend modified a 150W XT power supply for me before the Hard Drive was installed. It sure is nice not having to worry about power consumption.
The HD in this instantance is High Density floppy. It would be an internal drive and I have a 105 Meg Hard Drive where df0 used to be. I do have WB 2.04.
Chris, Thanks for the info. $45 isn't too bad and I would like Cross-Dos. I'll be thinking about it. Let me know how you like it. Gail
Chris, what was the price on WB2.1? Did you get it? Wish I could use one of the HD drives with my A500. Gail
Just no time to play games. Not enough time to do the other things I want to do with the Amiga. The ADRAM I believe, limits you to a total of 6 Megs with the daughter board. I have a total of 5 Megs at the moment and can expand…
I have the ICD AdIDE /40 with a 105MG HD. There is a problem with somesystem configurations. With my SupraRam500RX and WB2.04 you can not do a warm reboot. ICD said I would need a new ROM. I have been waiting since Feb/March 1992 (when WB2.04 was installed and my…

COMPUTE/November
Message #74635
I would like to tell you, you have a very big and long standing problem with subscribers receiving the MS-DOS only version of COMPUTE. I have had a on going problem every since COMPUTE was taken over. I can't count the number of phone calls I have made. Only a…
Bob, A very good answer. Gail
