I called Toshiba support, and they think my drives may need a thorough cleaning. Seems the 3201 doesn't self-clean, the 3301 does. I am ordering a cleaning kit, and I'll let you know what happens. I do not think it's a controller problem, cuz I have two other Toshiba's running…
