Rocky, I can help with two of your questions: 1) if you're running in interlace anyway, then the DoLace is not necessary. All DoLace does is convert all non-interlace screens into interlace for the output. 2) I'd guess your graphics shifting is due to a misaligned screen preferences. The monitor alignment you use on your normal Amiga monitor is likely not the same as for your video, so there is some shift. Solution? First, be sure the image on your video monitor is correctly centered (ie. if you were watching 'I Love Lucy' on it, it would look right), then send some Amiga out to the monitor (through your genlock, I'd guess?), and adjust the screen preferences until the graphics are correct for the video monitor. Finally, you can then try to adjust your regular Amiga monitor to center the graphics too. Actually I keep several sets of 'System-Configuration' files, including one just for recording to video, which is properly setup for my system. There may be an easier way than above, but it works for me! 3) I've heard that no genlocks will work with the toaster, but have never tried it myself. Good luck. –jp–seattle–
