A2090 woes

Yes, BindDrivers should come near the start of the
startup-sequence, but it's not absolutely necessary….very definately
after the SetPatch.
Yes, you have to mount res2:, make sure your mountlist entry shows
Unit # of 3 for res2:. The other thing is that the CP340's that were
designed for the Mac's don't have terminator resistors on them…you have
to externally terminate the SCSI bus. And, the SCSI ID jumpers are
reversed from what you'd think. All 3 jumpers on is SCSI ID of 0, which
would relate to Unit #3 for the 2090 (res2:). Do not put a jumper on E1.
