Depends on what kind of IBM monitor…if it's a CGA monitor, yes it
will work with an Amiga, but you'll only get 16 colors max since IBM CGA
monitors are digital monitors, not analog.
Yes, you would need a special cable…places like Redmond cable
could make one up for you.
