They charge more for tuch tone 'casue touch tone provides more capability
to the customer, therefore more value.
The _cost_ of making something or providing a service has nothing to do
with its _value_. For example, the _cost_ (in terms of sheer hours)
associated with my programming (or attempting to program) a graphics file
format intergchange utility would be astronimically higher than the _cost_
of John Foust programming the same utility.
I can assure you that his would be _far_ more valuable :).
