Tom, Sorry you, too, are having problems. Unfortunately, the nature of these programs (the amount of information they display on the screen) _demands_ a non-flickering monitor at a _minimum_ resolution of that produced by 2.0 and a 1950 type display. Actually _twice_ the resolution both horizontally and vetically (that is, four times the screen info) just gets into the real comfort mode. I don't know how you can possibly tolerate a flickering monitor with ProWrite or PgS. The so-called screen dimming techniques, and 'proper color selection' are a cruel joke. Hope you get a non-interlaced setup soon. Rich
