One thing I have noticed from past reviews (X-CAD, ClickFax) is that the reviewers often do not contact companies when they experience problems, so often things which may already be fixed are erroneously reported as bugs. A little more research will improve the quality to no end. All of the software reviews I've written in which I either couldn't understand something or thought I'd found a bug were checked by a simple phone call to the manufacturer.
