According to Websters it means:
Able or likely to see visions…, of the nature of a vision:
ILLUSORY…,
existing only in imagination: UNREAL…, of, relating to, or
characterized
by visions or the power of vision,
and I can't really make out the last one, but I'm pretty sure it means
"able to deliver one mean karate chop!" Maybe not!
