Sorry, you will have to add a VGA monitor to your 2002 and use the VGA monitor for the non-flicker mode, or better still, get a multi-sync. The reason you cant use the 2002, is due to its limit of 15.75 khz display. The way flicker is removed, is by using 31.5khz output, this higher scan rate allows the display of these higher res modes without flicker. This just can't be done on a 2002, a VGA montior most of the time, will only display the higher rate of 31.5khz, thus you would have to use the 2002 for the normal Amiga displays, this is why most people say get a multi-sync, as it will display all the amiga modes on a single monitor. I have an A3000 with a 1950 multi-sync and I use A-Max II in productivity mode and the diaply is fantastic, no flicker and a huge screen! I also have the 286 Bridgeboard and a Super VGA/multi-function card, I use the same 1950 monitor for the S-VGA output and use a data-switch to flip between Amiga/A-Max and S-VGA displays. All on one monitor! Tim
