What kind of configuration do you have? I have never heard of this error.
Have you done the proper assigns as listed in the manual? What happens
when opening from the workbench as opposed to the CLI? (It shouldn't
matter, but try it). When you load it from disk what is the version you
are running? The latest version is 1.07. Did you install as per the
manual or simply copy all the files over? Let me know what happens.
