The .LZH indicatates a compressed archive file created with LHARC. It's
similar to .SIT Stuffit files on the Mac. I'm fairly certain a program to
extract LHARC archives exists on the Mac: You could ask the sysops in the
Mac forums about that.
Now, with Photoshop, you can view some IFF images on the Mac. Things you
*won't* be able to view include those labeled as HAM-E, DCTV, SHAM, Dynamic
HAM, and Dynamic Hires, almost certainly. I have no idea whatsoever if
Photoshop can correctly view HAM or Extra Halfbrite images. (Many of the
files here, especially the ones in LIB 9, "Derived Art", are in HAM
format…) I have heard a rumor that the most recent revision of Photoshop
can view IFF 24 bit images, but earlier versions cannot. So you might want
to read the description carefully before downloading.
