June , I had the same type of problems, with Ani pro, as you are having. I had tried running diags with no errors found. I had also tried replacing the all the simms. this did not fix the problem. The solution was to replace the mother board. I was using a Gateway 2000 at the time, Gateway was real cool and replaced the board at no cost and this fixed the problem. Also I had sixteen megs of memory on my system. Im sure the problem was the design of the motherboard. My guess is that there was some sort of noise on the memory bus, that Ani pro could not handle.
