Wayne definitely did mention an ad (which he called "advert") in message 53188. Also, in message 53266, he claims that someone in tech support and possibly _me_ in particular told him that FFV was compatible with the new 2.0 graphics modes. While FFV is compatible with the ECS, it has never, never been claimed, as Wayne has repeatedly said, that FFV is compatible with the new graphics modes. Compatible with ECS, yes. Compatible with new ECS modes, no. Wayne apparently thought he asked about the new graphics modes but didn't. I have responded because he has made untrue statements. I usually let these threads in which people ask for opinions pass, but I am obligated to speak up when someone (I hope mistakenly) makes false statements. Once more, for the record: no one at ICD has stated, by voice or in print, that FFV is compatible with or supports the new ECS graphics modes. In fact, when asked, we go into a lengthy explanation. And, besides, productivity mode is a waste of time. Craig
