Doug,
The yoke in your monitor needs to be adjusted. If you don't know how to do
it and/or you don't know much about monitor internals don't attempt it
yourself — take it to a TV repair shop. However, if you're only talking a
2mm twist, I'd just live with it rather than paying someone a minimum
service charge.
