If you've got ARP in your machine, you deserve the problems. :^) Never
trust a PD solution that's known to be buggy.
I put my CD-ROM on the MS-DRoss system here… wouldn't run. Just wouldn't
run, period. Know what it was? THe default of MS-DOS was to allow only 4
files open at one time. Why? GO figure, I have NO clue. Pure stupidity?
Terminal lack of vision? Too much acid when the DOS designer was a
teenybopper? Ha. :^) Not ENOUGH, maybe. :^))
Barry fixed it… just dumb luck I guess.
Then there are TSR's… yuck-ptooie. No thanks.
