When you import a 256 color bitmapped image into Harvard Draw you will only
see it in 16 colors. It will print properly. This is because Harvard Draw
takes about 150 colors just to display the palette. This robs most of the
colors from windows when your using a 256 color board. The only way to get
around this so you could see the bitmapped colors in Harvard Draw would be
to upgrade the video board so it will support more than 256 colors. With
some boards you can purchase a chip that plugs into the board to upgrade it
to over 32, 000 colors.
