I've been using Harvard Draw for almost 3 months now, and I'm very pleased with the ease of use and most of the features of the program. I'd like to offer a few suggestions for the next upgrade. –First, and most important, would be the ability to import (and hopefully export) PostScript Type 1 fonts. In other words, compatibility with Adobe Type Manager. Bitstream's fonts are quite conservative and limited compared to the vast array of Type 1 fonts out there, and offering this upgrade would bring Harvard Draw in line with the overwhelming choice of Windows users. Also, I don't like having to waste disk space with PostScript and SPD versions of the same or very similar fonts. — Second would be the inclusion of some of Corel Draw's type manipulation effects. Envelopes, extrusion and perspective are the ones I would look for. — Finally, the ability to produce color separations. The lack of these features now indicates that HDW is perhaps not in the same league as Corel (despite the closeness of list prices). I hope you'll seriously consider adding these features to HDW ver 2.0. I'd like to stay with the program; there are some excellent features, but without these improvements I'll probably have to switch to Corel. Thanks for listening…
