Any hardware types out there: is it possible that a cable that works between machines A and B would fail between machines C and D? Possibly due to more environmental noise, less available power supply on one of the machines, something else? I have seen quite a few reports by A1200 owners that previously working parnet setups "just stopped working" when ported to a 1200. This is not the same kind of thing as "I can't get it to work" – these people have already gotten it to work once, so they probably have the software set up right. There is no technical reason why the software wouldn't work, and it does work on some A1200's. It's got to be a hardware issue. –Doug
