In case your friend wasn't aware of this, the LCIII is using a new card
form for it's PDS slot, a 7" card size. Unfortunately, only a few cards
exist out there at this time that will work within an LCIII.
Knowing the Apple market, however, expect this point to be moot ASAP.
Still, something to consider…
