Martin/Benjamin Thought I would jump in here for a line or two and give my two cents. Martin, in my opinion, as far as the Amiga versa Mac-PC's in relation to video, the Amiga has been the leader in desktop for the last four years. And will be for the next two, not because of CBM, but in spite of them. The Amiga could have turned out to be another TI or 64, but because of its third party support like Newtek and others, I think it will be around for quite some time. I have not seen anything that the Mac does that the Amiga can't do as well or better in the video field. As far as PC's, they still have a way to go. When you bring price into the equation the Amiga is a clear winner. I would like to say that if it was not for Newtek, I probably would not have stayed with the Amiga. A computer is a tool to do a job, and at this time the Amiga is doing it very nicely. Of course so is my old 8088pc for what I am using it for. As far as TR is concerned, I can understand why he would prefer a format he is used to, but he did use a Toaster and a Amiga not a Mac to do his video. Yes, he used fourteen of them, but my understanding is that was because of his time limits not the Toaster's ability to accomplish the task. Yes, the Amiga has my vote for now. And who knows maybe CBM will wake up soon :-> Good luck….
