You might want to post some of your problems with various programs in the future. Unlike a lot of "gripers" I believe that the publishers do read these complaints for several reasons. First, I think most of them really do want to make a good product that the users can use and want. Especially those who take the effort to make there presense felt here on the boards. Second, they don't want their products bad mouthed in public, so they will make an effort to clean up their act. I know I have made buying decisions based on how many flames against the product I saw on these and other boards. Third, if the publisher of a product is told (in public) what the customer wants, and he doesn't provide it; another publisher also sees it, and knows how to get a customer. I am not afraid to ask for a lot in a program (you should see my list for Final Copy II), especially when I know I can get it on a program that runs on the PC.
