Can you have someone send me information on the T348 MiniSCSI Plus. I will be
getting a AST PowerExec 486, active color matrix notebook as soon as they ship.
I'll be using a Toshiba 3401P drive with it (alternating the drive with a
PowerBook 180). I haven't gotten the Toshiba yet either.
I'll want the fastest thruput. Is the T348 MiniSCSI Plus my best bet? Does it
connect to the parallel port like your other connectors. And will it work with
the Toshiba 3401P and the AST?
I also need some kind of sound, for multimedia presentations (I'm a software
publisher). I've gotten an eval unit of Media Vision's AudioPort and found the
sound appallingly tinny–even with self-powered speakers. Do you have any
suggestions? It needs to be SoundBlaster, AdLib, or PAS compatible.
